Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Tuesday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 1 PM (PST) or over the weekend will process the next business day - this includes orders with expedited shipping. Orders take up to 24-48 hours to process and ship (Tuesday through Friday). High volume periods may take up to 72 business hours to process and ship. If expedited shipping is desired, please call us at the store at 310-456-7001.
We ship world-wide! However, we do not offer international shipping online. Please contact us for special arrangements.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted for unused and undamaged products only, within 14 days of receiving your order. If your product has been damaged in transit – please contact us so we can make things right. Dependent upon the defective issue we ask that you please provide us with detailed written statement and a photo of the item.
Please note, vintage items are one of a kind and sold "as is". We sell the Vintage collection in the store and online. We do our best to process online orders as soon as we receive them. We will pull vintage items off our store room floor as soon as we can. If an item is sold before it is processed for an online order, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
